The host can come back. "<" now ends the session
When a host stepped away or closed their browser, participants could be left unable to do anything. This update fixes that.
⚠️ Pressing "<" ends the session
The meaning of "<" at the top left of the arena has changed.
It used to just go back a screen; now it ends the session. Pressing it asks for confirmation, and continuing tells every participant the session has ended.
Do not press it if you only want to step away.
You can return to a session in progress
If the host accidentally goes back in the browser, or the connection drops, they can now return from the dashboard. Open it again from "sessions in progress" and carry on.
Participants can see what is happening
While the host's connection is down, participants see "the host has lost connection" on their screen. No more waiting without knowing why things have stopped.
"Review this session" results are kept
Until now the results could only be seen there and then; they are now kept in the report and in the downloaded CSV. You can check the ROTI average and breakdown, and each participant's reason and +/Δ.
Other changes
- You can now comment on sticky notes in the Fun Done Learn presentation screen
- When people speak one at a time, the timer no longer stops at 0:00 but returns to its starting value. No need to reset it for each person
- After a retrospective ends, the button changes while the AI is writing its summary. It used to look like nothing was happening
- Fixed how the report counts sessions. Retrospectives that were run to the end were not being counted, so past counts may have been lower than they really were. Your badge count may go up
