Hosting retros also covers check-ins and the Drucker exercise. The owner always has a seat. One seat lets you host for teams in any organization you belong to. Without a seat, you can still view your teams' reports.
Ownership can only be transferred to a current admin.

You pay for the number of people with a seat. Everything is billed to the owner's contract, including seats an admin assigns.
