Costs other than the price

Internet connection and communication charges needed to use the Service are borne by the customer.Where the ENTERPRISE plan is paid by bank transfer, the transfer fee is borne by the customer.

Payment method and timing

Card payment (Stripe): the first payment is taken at the time of application, and later payments are taken automatically on the first day of each contract period.Invoice payment: please pay by the date shown on the invoice we issue (ENTERPRISE plan only).

When the service is provided

Available immediately after payment completes.

Returns, cancellation and termination

The Service provides digital content (a service), and by its nature there is no concept of returning it. For that reason no pro-rata refund by day or by month is made for cancellation part-way through a contract period at the customer's convenience.Unless cancelled, a paid plan renews automatically on the same terms at the end of the contract period (monthly for the monthly plan, yearly for the yearly plan).You can cancel at any time from Settings > Plan & billing inside the Service. If you complete this by the day before the renewal date, no further charge is made. After cancelling, you can keep using the paid features until the end of the contract period you have already paid for.Cancellation or stopping renewal of the ENTERPRISE plan follows the method set out in the individual contract.Please contact us in the following cases. We will check each case and arrange a refund or other response.- Where you were unable to use the Service for a long period due to a cause attributable to us- Where there was a double charge or another error in billing- Where a refund obligation arises under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws
