Article 9 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to users where it judges this to be necessary. If a user begins using the Service after a change to these Terms, that user is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 10 (Fees, automatic renewal and cancellation)

  1. The Service has a scope that can be used free of charge, and paid plans that can be used by paying fees (the monthly plan, the yearly plan, the ENTERPRISE plan and the special plan for educational institutions; the "Paid Plans").
  2. The fees, payment methods, payment timing and other terms for the Paid Plans are as set out on the pricing page and in the "Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions". Fees are paid in advance.
  3. Unless cancelled, a Paid Plan renews automatically on the same terms at the end of the contract period (monthly for the monthly plan, yearly for the yearly plan). Users may stop the next renewal (cancel) at any time, in the manner specified by the Company.
  4. No refund (including pro-rata by day or by month) is made for cancellation part-way through a contract period at the user's convenience. This does not apply where the cause is attributable to the Company, where there has been an error in billing, or where a refund obligation arises under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws.
  5. Where the end of a contract period or a change of plan means the number of teams that can be created, or another usable scope, is exceeded, the Company may restrict the functions in excess.

Article 11 (Use of voice chat)

  1. Users may use the function that lets participants talk to each other by voice during a session of the Service (the "Voice Chat Function").
  2. Using the Voice Chat Function requires granting the browser access to the microphone. Users grant this of their own will, and users who do not grant it can still use the Service other than the Voice Chat Function.
  3. Voice chat connects automatically on entering the lobby, but the microphone starts muted. A user's voice is not sent to other participants until they turn their microphone on. The host may also choose "with voice chat" or "without voice chat" at the start of a session.
  4. Voice chat is carried through an external service that relays the call (LiveKit Cloud). The Company does not record or store the audio of calls.
  5. When using the Voice Chat Function, users shall not record the content of a call, or provide it to a third party, without the consent of the other participants.
  6. The Company bears no liability where the Voice Chat Function does not work properly due to the communication environment or other causes not attributable to the Company. Voice chat may also disconnect automatically when it reaches the connection time limit set by the Company, or after a period with no speech.

Article 12 (AI features)

  1. The Service provides functions that automatically generate impressions and other text from the content of retrospectives and similar material (the "AI Features").
  2. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or legality of the output of the AI Features. Users use the AI Features at their own judgement and responsibility.
  3. The AI Features do not provide medical, legal, tax, investment, personnel evaluation or other professional advice.
  4. In providing the AI Features, information that is entered is sent to an external generative AI service. Details of how it is handled are as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
