Sticky notes are easier to read, and comments can carry labels

Sticky notes in the list are easier to read

When the screen was split, sticky notes got squashed and only one line of the text was readable.

  • The number per row now changes with the width. Instead of squashing, fewer fit in a row
  • Text and spacing scale with the size of the note
  • The colour of the author's name and similar text is now tuned per note colour. Some colours were harder to read than others

Comments stand out now

A round red sticker appears at the bottom right of a sticky note that has comments. Actions and concerns written in comments were going unnoticed.

On the presentation screen, you can write a comment on a sticky note that has none yet.

Comments can carry labels

You can now put action, concern or consider labels on comments. Use them in place of sticking a note onto a note on a whiteboard.

What to do now appears on screen

The "what to do now" hint that only appeared in check-ins now appears in retrospectives and the Drucker Exercise as well.

While presenting, it also mentions that you can press a sticky note to comment, and that the host can drag notes between categories. Close it with the x button.

Pick an Ice Break topic at random

We added a button that draws one topic and starts right away. You can press it without choosing from the candidates.

Use it when you cannot decide.
