Added two more retrospective methods

Tanabata

Each person writes a wish they want granted on a strip of paper, and everyone links what they themselves can do to make it happen. Because it deals with personal wishes rather than team goals, it becomes a place to offer what you can do for someone else.

It runs as "write your wish (5 min) → the bridge of magpies (10 min) → present and discuss (20 min)", about 45 minutes in all.

Silly Ideas Brainstorm

A method for throwing out wild, ridiculous ideas without shooting them down. Even an impossible idea can turn into a usable one with a small change. About 45 minutes.
