Organizations now have roles and seats

Organization members now have a role (owner, admin or member) and can hold a seat for hosting.

People with a seat host sessions

You need a seat to host a retrospective, a check-in or the Drucker exercise. The price depends on the number of seats. Without a seat, you can still join sessions and view the reports of your teams.

Manage members in the organization settings

In Settings, open Manage under Organizations and seats. Owners and admins can invite organization members, appoint admins and assign seats there. Members without a seat can request one.

Teams now have a leader

The person responsible for a team is now called the leader. The leader invites people to the team and manages its members. Organization owners and admins can change the leader.

Team invites let people outside the organization join retrospectives

People who accept a team invite can join that team's retrospectives without joining the organization. To make someone an organization member, invite them from the organization settings.

Try a practice retrospective on your own

You can start one without a seat. You can choose in Settings whether to show it.
