Check-ins have taken a big step forward

We have made major improvements to check-ins, centred on the Ice Break.

• Added an arena where people present in turn. Everyone's screen shows whose turn it is to speak
• Added a toolbox to the arena (roulette / splitting into teams with a hands game / order draw)
• Expanded the Ice Break topics to around 500
• Added a screen for choosing the topic before you start
