Retrospectives and check-ins are sharper now

We added features that help you run retrospectives and check-ins.

• Fun / Done / Learn: strengthened real-time syncing of votes, and added a Venn diagram of the running votes and a final call by the host
• Added "who lifted the room most" to the retrospective report
• Added a button to agree to the three principles of a retrospective in the lobby, with the tick syncing to participant names
• Added "next topic" to the Either-Or check-in (choose from candidates)
• Added a display of who has finished writing and voting to Asasore and Urasore, and made it possible to vote for your own answer
