Added a practice retrospective, AI impressions, and hints while you run a session

This update adds a way for first-time users to get through a session without getting lost, and features that support how a retrospective closes.

A practice retrospective (KPT) you can try on your own

Anyone opening Kizuna for the first time can now go through the whole flow without inviting guests. From the lobby through writing, presenting and the report, an on-screen guide shows what to do next, in order. It takes five to ten minutes.

You can start it any time from the dashboard or the top of the retrospective list. Practice results are left out of "this month's activity", the team report and badge counts.

AI writes the impressions of your retrospective

When a retrospective ends, the report now shows impressions written by AI. Along with how the session went, what the team learned and actions to try next, it names what went well. The host alone also sees "wording to be careful with".

"What to do now" appears while you run a session

At each step of a check-in, a single line in the top right now says what to do. It differs for the host and for guests, so guests can act without waiting for an explanation. Close it with the x when you do not need it.

Open the running guide in a separate window

Press "open in a separate window" in the running guide and you can keep it beside you while you work on the main screen. The separate window follows the step you are on.

Other improvements

  • Timer: it now returns to its starting value when you move to the next step. This fixes the timer from a previous step going off
  • Fun Done Learn: confetti now appears when you confirm a judgement with "confirm and continue"
  • Either-Or check-in: who has not chosen yet is shown on the left. "Next topic" has moved to the results screen
  • Ice Break: the running guide now explains the flow from the lobby to the end
