Added "review this session" at the end of a retrospective
After the presentations finish, you can now take time to look back at the retrospective itself. Available in retrospectives only.
How to use it
When the host presses "finish presenting", there are two choices.
- Review this session — look back at the time you just spent, together
- Write the report and finish — write the report and end, as before
Choose "review this session" and a writing screen appears for every participant.
What you write
- ROTI (Return On Time Invested) (required) — rate "was this time worth what you put into it?" from 1 to 5
- Why you gave that score (optional)
- + What was good / Δ What to change next time (optional)
Nobody's input appears until everyone has finished
If a high score is visible first, it becomes hard to give a low one. So nothing anyone wrote is shown until everyone has finished. While people are writing, only who has finished is shown on the left.
Once everyone is done, the breakdown of scores and everyone's comments appear at once. The host then presses "go to the report" and finishes by writing the report, as before.
